Dr Asher Siddiqi – Harley Street Doctor
As Medical Director of The A Clinic, Dr Asher Siddiqi is a GMC-registered doctor with over 18 years’ experience in medical aesthetics. He is known for a precise, considered approach, combining clinical expertise with an eye for balance, proportion, and natural-looking results.
Alongside advanced injectable and skin treatments, Dr Asher is recognised as one of the UK’s leading Vaser liposuction and body contouring surgeons, working with respected private hospitals nationwide. He now also sees clients in Harley Street, London, delivering the same high standards of care in one of the UK’s most prestigious medical districts.
Every treatment is tailored, evidence-based, and carried out with patient safety and wellbeing at the centre, focusing on refined results that still feel like you.

With a wealth of knowledge about skincare and the products available, Charise is enthusiastic about guiding you on your journey. Specialising in pigmentation and darker skin types, she takes pride in enhancing her clients’ confidence and is committed to supporting you at every stage.

Sales & Marketing Manager
Scarlet is the Sales & Marketing Manager at The A Clinic and a member of the senior management team, working closely with Dr Asher Siddiqi and the wider team across marketing, patient experience and clinic development.
Alongside overseeing the clinic’s brand, digital communications and marketing strategy, Scarlet is involved in wider clinic operations and service development. She is passionate about creating a positive, consistent patient experience and ensuring the information patients receive is clear, approachable and transparent, helping to reflect The A Clinic’s professional, award-winning and doctor-led approach to aesthetics.
AILISH
Clinic Coordinator
Ailish is our Clinic Coordinator, helping to keep the day-to-day running of the clinic organised and seamless for both patients and the wider team. She manages schedules, coordinates appointments and supports the team with the practical details that help each clinic day run smoothly.
Ailish plays an important role in keeping communication clear and ensuring patients feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit. Her organised, approachable nature helps create the calm and professional experience we want every patient to receive.

I’m the first point of contact for our patients, helping to make those initial steps feel easy, comfortable, and reassuring. I take the time to answer questions, provide clear information about our treatments, and ensure every patient feels informed and at ease from the very beginning.
I manage all initial enquiries and arrange consultations, creating a smooth and stress-free booking experience. Once the first appointment is secured, I hand patients over to the next member of our team, ensuring a seamless transition so they continue to feel supported throughout their journey.
My focus is on creating a warm, welcoming experience and building trust from the very first conversation.
